Happy to report that as I was cleaning out boxes of old documents in the garage, I was lucky enough to come across one of my most prized possessions - the set list from this show that I rudely tore away from the bass monitor.

Written on an ordinary sheet of lined paper, with a bit of duct tape on the right side... the topmost portion is torn off, but the remainder reads as follows:
