Betty Page Chord rewrite.

Eb gave me the Ok to re-write out his .crd I took some liberties with the chord placement. Should be about right. Just play around and figure it out. Lines with only [chord]s on them are just played. Chord diagrams at end of file. - Will

These are only for what I think are
the "rare" chords. Also they're the
easiest variants to finger(IMHO).

That's it, really. The whole point of
many early Jazz Butcher songs is that
they use very cliched "lounge" chord
