Subject: President Reagan's Birthday Present

I noticed the other day that the lyrics for one of my favorite of the "funny"
early songs weren't on the Web site. So I made an attempt to transcribe them
myself. Here goes:

"President Reagan's Birthday Present"

(Pictures of themselves as Eagle Scouts...)

Red Russsians shot my rocket down (repeat)

See, I was travelling through the jungle,
While I was sitting in my chair
When a squadron full of Bolsheviks came flying through the air
They were Comminists and assholes,
They were hicks and they were squares
They were Communists in MiGs
They got me then and there

Red Russians shot my rocket down (repeat)

Bring it on down
Rock it on down
Oh, Rock it on through

That's a scene in my life
That's from my life
Yeah, real life

Red Russians shot me rocket down (repeat)

So what are you gonna do?
What are you gonna do about it? (repeat)
What are you gonna do about this, President, Man?

Happy Birthday, dear Mr. President!

That's it. all the lyrics as I understand them. Please correct me where I'm
wrong. For some reason this song always reminds me of Nicaragua.

"Why don't you take a match to a petrol pump and strike it?"
